Jurisdiction in Case of Dispute: The competent jurisdiction will be that of the location of the company, and the applicable law will be that of the country of establishment.

Owners’ Responsibilities: Owners must keep their property in good condition, fully furnish and equip it for short-term rental (“list of equipment and supplies”), and provide a mandatory registration number.

Commission and Cleaning Fees: The commission on bookings is 20%, and cleaning fees are charged to the guests.
